We offer USPS for domestic deliveries, including standard shipping, or express shipping, if selected. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During product launches or holiday seasons, processing time may take slightly longer. Free delivery on orders over $95 USD, on domestic shipping within the United States.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the shipping carrier's website. Please ensure your email and address are entered correctly at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Africa. International delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance, however we are not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by the shipping carrier due to transit route changes, weather delays or otherwise. We primarily ship through UPS, FedEx or DHL, which is chosen automatically for the fastest route to your location. Please note that for international customers the prices displayed on our website include duties and fees outlined by your location for orders over $95USD. Shipping costs will be incurred for orders under $95USD placed by international customers and you will be responsible to cover shipping costs, duties and import fees.
Returns + Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes we can accept a return for damaged or defective items with original tags that have been unused, unwashed and undamaged within 14 days of delivery.
What items can I not return?
For safety and quality reasons, candles, home perfumes, diffusers, and any opened fragrance products are final sale and non-returnable.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Email discover@villaaburi.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions via email.
Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges: We are happy to accommodate exchanges for equal or greater value, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Customers are responsible to cover return shipping costs regardless of any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase. Any coverage of additional fees or duties applied to your purchase only covers one-way, therefore returns and/or exchanges on items purchased will be covered by you, unless the items are deemed defective or damaged at the time of receipt of those items purchased.

For domestic orders within the US, only applicable state taxes will be applied/calculated at checkout. For international orders over $95 USD that qualify for free shipping the duties and import fees are included in the prices displayed.
How are duties and fees calculated on returns or exchanges?
Duties, taxes and fees incurred for returns or exchanges will be at the cost to the customer. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, email discover@villaaburi.com to initiate a return or refund claim.
How are duties and fees calculated for sale items?
Duties, taxes and fees incurred for sale or items on promotion will be at the cost to the customer if returned or exchanged.
