Shipping policy

At Villa Aburi, every order is packaged with care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and beautifully. Below is an overview of our standard shipping guidelines across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

For Canada, Standard Shipping is  3–7 business days, Express Shipping is 1–3 business days (where available).  Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and location. Free shipping thresholds may apply during select promotional periods.

For United States, Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days, Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available). Rates are calculated at checkout based on courier partners and destination. Villa Aburi is not responsible for any customs delays or import duties charged upon delivery.

For the United Kingdom, Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days, Express Shipping: 3–6 business days.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  Orders may be subject to UK VAT, duties, or handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

For the Europe and EU Countries, Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days, Express Shipping: 4–7 business days and rates vary by country and are shown at checkout. Orders shipping to the EU may incur customs duties, VAT, or import charges, which the customer is responsible for upon delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes for international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. Villa Aburi cannot control or predict these fees. These charges must be paid by the recipient to release the package from customs. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Order Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to activate.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at discover@villaaburi.com within 72 hours of delivery.We are committed to ensuring your Villa Aburi experience is exceptional.
